As you probably know, in Greek mythology, the Persephone story has something to do with the pomegranate seeds. So, we are especially pleased to work with Punica granatum. We added two genomes: ASM765513v2 assembled into chromosomes and Bhagwa which contains only scaffold maps. The sequence of AMS765513v2 can be used as a reference to order the scaffolds of Bhagwa. By running minimap2, we found synteny blocks linking the two genomes and loaded this data as the Synetny track. Each element in the track represents an anchor for the synteny ribbon. Clicking on it will bring the corresponding scaffold and immediately align it to the reference map.
