New Tab in Gene Details: GFF
To facilitate the quick export of gene information, including exon/intron structure, we added a new tab to the gene properties form. It displays text in GFF format that “spells out” exon and CDS coordinates. Now, you can copy the gene structure with qualifiers and transfer it to other tools. This could be especially useful in manual annotation, when a new gene model is created in Persephone. Please note that the regular Export function will still work with the Manual annotation track.
