Blueberry genomes added

We have loaded three genomes for blueberry species (Vaccinium corymbosum and Vaccinium darrowii).
There are two haploid Vaccinium darrowii genomes (pri and alt). Only one of them (pri) has gene annotation. To align the two genomes, we have created artificial marker tracks and mapped the short sequence tags from one genome onto another one. The green lines in the picture below link common markers revealing the structural rearrangements.

Using minimap2, we created a synteny track (see above) where each block corresponds to a mapped location for scaffolds from the third (American blueberry) genome which is not yet assembled into chromosomes. Using one of the Vaccinium darrowii sequence as a reference could help order the scaffolds of Vaccinium corymbosum.
