Pearl millet genomes in Persephone
Two genomes of Cenchrus americanus (pearl millet) sequenced at KAUST have been added to our collection. These are 29Aw and P10 varieties.
Each map set has a number of annotation tracks with gene models, protein matches and iso-seq data.
