Three Drosophila genomes added

We added genomes from the Drosophila genus: D.melanogaster, D.simulans, and D.yakuba.

For now, the sequences are annotated using RefSeq gene models from NCBI. Aligning and comparing the genomic sequences by the ortholog genes reveals clear structural rearrangements.
