Please check out the new genome added to Persephone. It has been downloaded from NCBI’s RefSeq with the latest gene annotation generated just a week ago.
The RefSeq data collection includes dozens of RNA-seq coverage plots available at https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/all/GCF/009/905/375/GCF_009905375.1_ASM990537v1/RNASeq_coverage_graphs/.
