Soybean Genome (Glycine max, Wm82.a6.v1) Is Available
The new version Wm82.a6.v1 of the soybean genome has been loaded to Persephone. The sequence has sometimes-substantial differences from the previous version (Wm82.a4.v1).

Our collection of Glycine genomes also includes Zhoghuang 13, G.max Lee v1.1, G.soja PI483463, and G.soja W05. As always, you can align the syntenic maps using orthologous gene pairs and analyze sequence rearrangements in real-time by calling minimap2 or BLASTN. The protein multiple sequence alignment is calculated on the fly for each orthologous gene group.
