An Improved Intron Rendering
To enhance the visibility of protein-coding segments (CDS) in gene model glyphs, we are now displaying introns within the CDS differently from those in the untranslated regions. This improvement will aid in visualizing human genes that are known for their long introns. When an entire human gene is shown, the relatively small size of exons often makes it difficult to see the CDS bars. By increasing the thickness of the intron lines, we aim to make the extent of the CDS more apparent.
