Persephone Software at ASHG 2024
Attending a human genome conference (American Society of Human Genetics) for the first time was an exciting milestone for us. Persephone is genome-agnostic and suitable for a variety of species, so we believed that researchers in human genomics could greatly benefit from our modern tool.
The response at our exhibit booth was quite encouraging. Many attendees were eager to experience Persephone’s performance and functionality applied to their favorite datasets, such as human pangenome. We had enlightening conversations with many colleagues, who provided invaluable feedback and suggestions for new features.
We have learned so much from these interactions and are motivated to implement these new ideas. We hope to bring exciting updates in the near future that will delight our users and advance their research.
